The US asset manager is planning to apply for a wholly foreign-owned enterprise in China by the end of 2015, AsianInvestor is told. And the firm is looking to hire a Southeast Asia CEO and a distribution chief.
The firm names Kirk West in a new role as head of international offices. He also replaces Andrea Muller temporarily as Asia chief as she relocates to the US, but he will seek a new Asia CEO as well as more third-party resources.
Kirk West, previously Asia head at Principal Global Investors, will take over international distribution, while George Jamgochian will run US distribution.
