AsianInvestor’s second annual Insurance Investment Forum at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Hong Kong last week attracted 139 delegates representing 65 companies, comprising mostly insurance firms.
Attendees were present from insurers across the region, including Ageas, AIA, Axa, Cathay Life, Generali, Hanwha Life and Zurich.
Topics covered during the sessions included: how Asia’s insurers are coping with low interest rates; asset-liability matching solutions; building alternative and private market capabilities; and new approaches to risk management.
