ABN AMRO boosts Taiwanese equity research team

Lee and Hsieh join ABN AMRO''s global equities operations in Taiwan.

ABN AMRO has appointed Ben Lee as regional head of systems and components research. Lee, based in Taipei, will lead the bank's research coverage of systems and components throughout the region, excluding Japan.

Joining from Nomura Securities, Lee was the deputy head of research and is one of Taiwan's most senior technology analysts with over 11 years of experience covering technology stocks.

ABN AMRO's other recent recruit is Arthur Hsieh who has joined the Taiwan equity research team as a technology analyst. Hsieh joins the bank from Grand Cathay Securities in Taipei and has four years experience as a technology analyst.
