Christa Janjic transfers back out to Asia with UBS Warburg''s economics team.

Christa Janjic has returned to Asia to join UBS Warburg's Asian economics team. She will be based in Singapore and will cover Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines.

Janjic is transferring from UBS Warburg's Europe, Middle East and Africa economics team in London where she covered the economies of Turkey, Israel, Greece and Egypt. She has been in that role since July 1998. Prior to that Janjic worked for UBS Securities in Singapore as the Southeast Asian economist. Her new job will have a familiar ring to it.

In her time in London she has notched up some impressive credentials, being ranked number three in her category by the Reuters/Tempest 2001 survey and number two in Institutional Investor's 2001 European anaylst rankings.
