Chang to head SG's Asia investment banking corporate coverage

Raymond Chang leaves JP Morgan to head up SG''s Asia investment banking corporate coverage.

SG, the investment and corporate banking arm of Societe Generale, has appointed Raymond Chang as head of Asia investment banking corporate coverage. Chang will be responsible for originating and monitoring investment banking transactions in Asia ex-Japan.

Prior to this role, Chang was country head and head of investment banking at Chase JF in Singapore, following an 18 month assignment in Thailand as head of the bank. Chang's other work experiences include three years as the south east Asia head of investment banking at Bank of America in Singapore and as a corporate financier at JP Morgan.

Chang will be based in Hong Kong and report to Gilbert Pla, CEO Asia, corporate division at SG.
