ABN AMRO appoints new heads

ABN Amro has named Andrew Church as head of ASEAN and subcontinent sales (based in Singapore), a newly created position. His responsibilities include directing and co-ordinating sales forces operating from eight countries in the region. Church has been with ABN Amro since 1996. Before that, he was with W.I. Carr (Far East) for 8 years.

ABB Amro has also appointed Dominic Armstrong to head Singapore/Malaysia equities, based in Singapore. Armstrong will be responsible for Singapore and Malaysia equity products. He joined the company last year as head of research for Singapore and Malaysia. Prior to that, he was with the Fleming Group for 11 years.
