Walsh joins Citibank

Citibank has named Carl Walsh as head of structured transactions team, based in Singapore. He will begin to lead the team in mid-July focusing on developing customised solutions to complex risk management and funding issues of companies in Asia and creating new financial market products. He will report to Eric Chen, head of financial markets Asia Pacific.

Walsh was most recently with RaboBank as head of structured transactions. Prior to that, he has been with Credit Suisse and Salomon Brothers, New York,
