Toh joins CSFB

Credit Suisse First Boston has appointed Michelle Toh as vice president of the ratings advisory team, based in Hong Kong. This is a newly-created position. Her responsibilities include supporting CSFB's Debt Capital Markets activities in Asia and assisting regional clients with the public rating advisory process.

Toh will report to Michel Hugon, head of Global Ratings Advisory Services, New York. With about 13 years credit and rating advisory experience, Toh was formely co-head of Asian Credit Rating Advisory Department at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
