IDT International makes senior appointment
IDT International announces the appointment of an executive director and Chief financial officer.
IDT International Limited, a holding company of IDT Singapore and I-Comm, has appointed Alain Li as executive director and CFO. In addition, Li will also be an executive director and CFO of the two subsidiaries, and of Singapore-listed associate company, Kyosha Holdings (Singapore).
As executive director, Li will monitor the corporate and finance functions and corporate development matters of the IDT International Group. Li's past experiences include working for Deloitte & Touche for five years, then Bristol-Myers Squibb for four years as project manager and director of business planning and Marconi as the finance director for two years.
Prior to IDT International, Li was with Riso Europe, a major manufacturer and distributor of digital printers, for nine years, most recently in the role of European vice president.
IDT Singapore and I-Comm are producers of LCD consumer electronic products, telecommunication products, electronic personal information products and electronic game products.
