E.piphany, a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) software, has announced the appointment of Ming Wong as sales director for Greater China.

Based in Hong Kong, Wong will be responsible for leading the local operation and to grow E.piphany's business in Greater China. He previously spent six years at IBM, most recently as client executive for IBM's Communication Sector in Hong Kong. Before that, Wong spent five years in mainland China, as manager of IBM's Financial Sector in South China, where he helped grow IBM's business by more than 500%.

Wong has also worked with AT&T and NCR in Hong Kong as an account manager, looking after key accounts such as HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Chase Manhattan Bank and Citibank.
