One of Asia''s most prominent international funds lawyers, Effie Vasilopoulos has joined Sidley Austin Brown & Wood as a partner in Hong Kong.

Vasilopoulos is highly experienced in the funds area. She has more than 15 years of experience dealing with investment funds, hedge funds, real estate investment trusts and structured financial products and has been involved in some of the most groundbreaking deals in Asia recently.
