Deutsche GTB lands Low

Firm names new Singapore trade finance and cash management head for corporates.
Deutsche Bank has added to its global transaction banking division (GTB) in Singapore, naming Low Yang Sun to a newly created role. He joins the firm as the bank's new head of trade finance and cash management for corporates for Singapore. He will report directly to Thomas DuCharme, regional head of trade finance and cash management corporates, Asia.

He comes to the new role as Deutsche Bank looks to further integrate its trade and cash management business under the GTB banner.

ôIn leading the strategic growth plans for Deutsche BankÆs trade finance and cash management corporates in Singapore, Yang Sun will focus on target market expansion and further product roll-outs,ö says DuCharme. ôThese will be executed against an aggressive strategic plan that aims to provide effective teamwork with GTBÆs trade and cash business.ö

He arrives at Deutsche from HSBC in Singapore and brings over 17 years of banking experience to his new employer. Most recently, Low held the title of head of payments and cash management at HSBC in Singapore, where he was responsible for the overall cash management strategy business for the firm in the Lion City.
