CFNasia.com names Paul Heffner as CEO

Cyber Financial Network (CFN) Holdings, which began its Hong Kong operations earlier this year, has appointed co-founder Paul Heffner as its CEO. Heffner has a background in online securities trading, having previously been president and CEO of Shun Loong Online Investment Services, the online trading arm of Hong Kong based Shun Loong Holdings.

Shun Loong and a number of other small-to-medium Asian stockbrokers have already adopted CFN's I-Broker Solutions, a proprietary suite of financial applications aimed at trading and financial institutions. "The Internet and other emerging technologies have changed the face of the securities and financial services industry," says Heffner. "My goal is not only to develop partnerships with local and regional financial services firms, but also to facilitate a seamless transition with our turnkey solutions."
