Yoshino ascends to Paul Weiss partnership

Paul Weiss has elected six lawyers to the partnership globally, with Kaye N. Yoshino rising to the call in the US firm's corporate department at the Tokyo office. Her main expertise liese in cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities transactions, the organization of private investment funds and joint ventures. He career has also included work on both public and private company mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures and other forms of equity investments.
