Tom.com appoints new finance director

Tom.com has appointed Steven M. Bacica as their new director of finance.

Bacica will report directly to the chief financial officer, assisting to define the company's financial and accounting policies and procedures, including financial planning and analysis, legal compliance and internal auditing functions.

Bacica previously worked at Gwcom, where he was vice-president, Finance - Asia.
