Morgan Stanley promotes Villamin
The US investment bank names a new regional equity strategist.
Morgan Stanley has promoted Norman Villamin as its regional strategist for Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. Villamin joined Morgan Stanley in 1998 from Warburg Dillon Read in Manila and since then, has worked as a Singapore strategist and head of Singapore research.
He will now work with a team of sector analysts across the region and the firm's country-based strategists in Korea, Taiwan, India, Hong Kong and Australia.
Villamin graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and finance and received his MBA from the University of Chicago.
