Linklaters hires securities partner for Tokyo practice
Mark Hunsaker leaves Sullivan & Cromwell to handle capital markets business at Linkaters.
Linklaters, the international law firm, has announced the hiring of Mark Hunsaker, a US-qualified lawyer, as securities partner for its Tokyo office to help handle the increasing volume of US-related capital markets transactions.
Hunsaker, who joins Linklaters from Sullivan & Cromwell, is a capital markets lawyer with considerable experience advising foreign companies in their M&A activity in Japan and in representing Japanese companies in acquisitions outside Japan.
