Commenting on her appointment, Michael Liu, Allen & Overy's head of Asian corporate practice says: "We are delighted to have attracted such a quality and versatile lawyer as Jill. Her appointment represents an important development in the continuing growth of the firm's practice in this area. She will add to the depth and breadth of our practice in the financial services sector - we have advised and are currently advising on some of the most high profile capital markets and M&A transactions in this sector."
