VTech appoints Perry as group CEO

VTech Holdings, a consumer-focused technology company, appoints a group CEO of its Electronic Learning Products (ELP) division.

Dennis W. Perry is the new group CEO of VTech Holdings' ELP division. This is a newly-created position that sees Perry expanding the company's role in providing interactive learning products for children.

Perry joins VTech with more than 25 years of multinational marketing and management experience in the branded consumer goods industry. Perry most recently served as president of United Distiller and Vinters West, a unit of London-based Diageo group. From 1990 to 1999, Perry serviced in a variety of management positions, including CEO of Hong Kong-based Hagemeyer-Cosa Libermann Group, a consumer brand marketing group.

Perry will report to Albert Lee, group managing director.
