New partner for Allen & Overy
The Hong Kong office of the international law firm has been given a boost.
International law firm Allen & Overy has appointed Grant Fuzi as a new partner in its Hong Kong banking team. Fuzi, an expert in banking and finance transactions, particularly in the field of project finance, will be based in Hong Kong and will begin his office on September 1. Fuzi also has substantial experience in privatizations, acquisitions, syndicated financing, and structured finance.
