New Asian CEO for Fortis
Dennis Ziengs leaves Deutsche Bank to take up new post.
Fortis Group, the international financial services provider, has announced the appointment of Dennis Ziengs as chief executive officer of Fortis Asia. Ziengs will be responsible for the development and management of the firm's banking and insurance activities in the region.
Ziengs, who will report to Herman Verwilst, deputy CEO of Fortis, joins from Deutsche Bank, where he was a member of the board of the corporates and real estate division in Frankfurt. He has also held various senior positions with Continental Bank Group, ABN AMRO and Rabobank.
