ING appoints new technology research head
Kishore Suratkal joins ING from Deutsche Bank.
ING Financial Markets announced yesterday the appointment of Kishore Suratkal as managing director and head of technology research for the Asia Pacific region. Based in Hong Kong, Suratkal will report to Adrian Faure, head of Asian equity research at ING.
He joins the bank from Deutsche Bank, where he had also headed the Asian technology research team. Prior to that, Suratkal has also done stints with Lehman Brothers and Hamon Asset Management.
In his new role, Suratkal will be charged with coordinating the views and analysis of ING's technology teams in Korea, Taiwan, Japan amd Singapore into a comprehensive Asian strategy.
