Deutsche Bank hires new utilities head

Eugene Qian has been hired by Deutsche Bank to be head of utilities corporate finance for Asia. Qian joins from UBS Warburg's global energy and power group in Hong Kong, where he will also be based with Deutsche. Qian's previous client base included utilities firms in China and Hong Kong.
