The fund house, owned by Singaporean state investor Temasek, has added its second international branch after Beijing. It will be run by Fumio Izumi, formerly of PineBridge.

Singapore’s Fullerton Fund Management has opened an office in Tokyo and hired Fumio Izumi, PineBridge Investments' former Japan head of sales, to run it.
