NetDimensions appoints new executive director

HONG KONG, August 4 HK PRNewswire-AsiaNet - NetDimensions Limited, Asia's leading provider of learning-management systems, today announced that Noel Sanborn has joined the firm as an executive director. He joins NetDimensions from A.T. Kearney Executive Search.
"Noel offers a unique combination of skills in the international finance and technology sectors," noted Jay Shaw, NetDimensions' managing director. "He will play a critical role in our emergence as a global leader in the learning-management business."
Mr. Sanborn joined A.T. Kearney in 1996, as a vice president responsible for senior level executive searches for venture capital funds, venture-backed companies, investment banks and Fortune 500 companies. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Sanborn was the managing director of Hong Kong-based VSO Partners Ltd., where he provided consulting services for venture capital investments, start-ups and new market entries. His clients included firms in the software, energy, healthcare and food sectors.
Mr. Sanborn first came to Hong Kong in 1987 from U.S.-based Cincinnati Bell Inc., where he served in a business development capacity, incubating and acquiring companies in the communications and software sectors.
Mr. Sanborn has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.B.A. in finance and marketing summa cum laude from the University of Cincinnati.
