Crammond deserts CSFB

Patrick Crammond, formerly director of equity capital markets at CSFB, has left to join heavy-spending Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Reasons for his move are unknown although the appointment of Nick Andrews as head of ECM for Asia Pacific in February may have had something to do with it. Andrews assumes all of Crammond's responsibilities.
