Icon Medialab appoints president for Greater China

As part of its focus on China, the e-business and internet services firm appoints a president for Greater China.

Icon Medialab Asia (Icon), an e-business and internet professional services firm, has appointed Kenneth Lee as president of Greater China and executive vice president for the Asia Pacific region. Lee, an e-consulting strategist with more than 20 years experience, will be responsible for the development of the Hong Kong, the People's Republic of China and Taiwan markets.

Prior to Icon, Lee was president of HelloAsia Corporation, a provider of integrated Internet, marketing, communication and wireless solutions in Asia and the US. His work history includes IBM Corporation, where he consulted government clients such as former President Clinton's internet advisor and the Australian Prime Minister task force, and General Electric.

Lee's appointment is part of Icon's streamlining of business operations in the Greater China region and refocus of resources to achieve better efficiencies.
