Deutsche Bank has appointed Michael Luk as director of its debt capital markets for global markets. Luk will be responsible for cross-border product origination throughout the non-Japan Asian region. He will be reporting directly to Rahul Mookerjee and C H Tee, Asian co-heads of debt capital markets and liability risk management.
