Linebaugh lines up new BoA role

BoA appoints a new pan regional treasury sales manager.

Bank of America Global Treasury Services (GTS) has promoted of Richard P. Linebaugh as its new treasury management sales manager for multinational clients in the Asia region. As a component of the new role, Linebaugh will relocate from Singapore to Hong Kong to be close to the Greater China business.

He will oversee a team of treasury sales consultants across Asia and Australia who provide advisory working capital management solutions to Bank of America's pan-Asian clients. In addition, Linebaugh will be one of a team of professionals responsible for sales of its cash management services to multinational companies and financial institutions operating in Asia.

In the newly created role, he will report to Kathy Sifer, head of GTS in Asia.

Prior to the appointment, Linebaugh was global treasury services sales manager for South Asia and Australia. This job will now be taken over by Kristjan Drake.

In a past incarnation, Linebaught was also BoA's senior account manager in Los Angeles, with particular focus on the healthcare, entertainment and media sectors. He joined the bank in 1994.
