Hedge fund Ardon raises investor Pulse

Dominick Frank and Charles Woo, formerly of Evolution Capital, have been seeded for a new event-driven strategy and have hired a back-office guy from recently closed hedge fund Artradis.

Ardon Capital, founded last year by Dominick Frank and Charles Woo, has found a backer in the shape of New York-based seeding firm Pulse Capital Partners.
