Lehman Brothers deepens its Asian investment-management expertise with a new team of Greater China experts run by former Huaan CIO Frank Yao.

The investment-management division of Lehman Brothers is building investment teams in specific Asian asset classes, complementing an existing capability in global investment products, say its Hong Kong-based executives.

Market sources report the firm is about to market its first Asia-specific investment products, privately placing a Greater China equity and an India real-estate fund.
