ADDX PROMOTES CHOO OI-YEE Choo Oi-Yee ADDX Singapore-based private market exchange ADDX has promoted its chief commercial officer Choo Oi-Yee to chief executive, taking over from Danny Toe who will remain chief executive of parent company ICHX Tech. The appointment is pending approval from the Monetary Authority of Singapore, ADDX said in a statement.
