S&P mops up JP Morgan bankers

Standard & Poor''s has expanded its Hong Kong corporate team with two new hires from JP Morgan and Chase.

The US rating agency has appointed Huiyi Qu as associate director and Renee Lam as ratings specialist for its Hong Kong corporate team.

Qu, previously a vice president at JP Morgan, has over ten years experience analyzing corporates and infrastructure projects in China and the US. Lam, previously an associate with Chase, has prior experience analyzing Hong Kong corporates and has also worked on loan and equity financings.

Commenting on the hires, John Bailey, director and head of S&P's corporate team says,"Our corporate rating business is expanding, hence Huiyi and Renee's appointment.
