Keynote Speaker: Luiz Pereira, Deputy Governor, Banco Cental do Brasil Luiz Awazu Pereira Da Silva is the deputy governor of the Central Bank of Brazil. Previously, Mr Pereira was a regional country director with the World Bank, the chief economist at the Ministry of Budget and Planning (Brazil), deputy-finance minister at the Ministery of Finance (Brazil), and the advisor to the chief economist and senior vice president of the World Bank.
Luncheon Speaker: Ronald Arculli, Chairman, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ronald Arculli is currently a non-official member of the executive council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government and chairman of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.
