Keynote Speaker: Luiz Pereira, Deputy Governor, Banco Cental do Brasil
Luiz Awazu Pereira Da Silva is the deputy governor of the Central Bank of Brazil. Previously, Mr Pereira was a regional country director with the World Bank, the chief economist at the Ministry of Budget and Planning (Brazil), deputy-finance minister at the Ministery of Finance (Brazil), and the advisor to the chief economist and senior vice president of the World Bank.

Luncheon Speaker: Ronald Arculli, Chairman, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing
Ronald Arculli is currently a non-official member of the executive council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government and chairman of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. Effective January 2010, Mr Arculli serves as the vice chairman and board director of the World Federation of Exchanges.
